For the economist Enno Bozdo, the project – the new law on fiscal amnesty is very harmful, because it is not only fiscal amnesty but also criminal amnesty. In a conversation in the ABC Live studio with journalist Sibora Bitri, economist Bozdo stated that the draft law does not contain prohibitions.
Despite the fact that politicians are not involved in the fiscal amnesty, for Bozdo, “stopping policies to benefit from enrichment is the mantra of every legislation that has been made in Albania”.
Another important fact mentioned by the IMF representative is all those legal businesses that have paid taxes until today.
